I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in South Carolina. My background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology and advanced degrees in human services counseling and clinical mental health counseling. My training is extensive, covering various therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I also specialize in trauma-focused therapy and Christian counseling, allowing me to meet the diverse needs of my clients.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. I am passionate about continuing my education and expanding my expertise to better serve my clients.
